A note on our Media Relations Interface:
Press conferences: We co-ordinate all aspects of these important media events, including the preparation and distribution of invitations, development of key media messages, speech writing, hiring of venues, audio equipment, room preparation, security and transportation, announcements and media training for speakers. Our team also follows up after the event with all participants and working with them towards the preparation and publication of the news story.
Press Centers: Mirai's executives set up and staff press centers to handle all client media enquiries, execute pro-active media campaigns, co-ordinate press trips, develop a photographic library as well as media and target interest group lists.
Preparation of media materials: Mirai prepares, in conjunction with the client, comprehensive media materials for distribution to local, national and international print, television, radio and wire service media. Additional materials, including press releases, backgrounders, visual libraries and recorded client interviews, can also be prepared for more targeted media efforts directed at the technical and consumer publications. Media interviews: We co-ordinate the setting up and follow up for any media interviews arranged for our clients. We brief both the journalist and the client as to the interview content, subject areas and supply all appropriate media materials and advice as required.
